• Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details
• Content data: Files you upload as a creator, stored securely on our servers
• Usage data: Purchase records, content views (no third-party analytics)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate your account and process payments
• To deliver purchased content to buyers
• To send purchase receipts and important account notices
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. Third Parties

Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. When you make or receive a payment, your data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are kept for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. Uploaded files are deleted when you delete your content or account.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@unlockt.app.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Files are stored on private servers and require a signed time-limited token to access. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
