Terms of Service

1. Platform Description

Unlockt is a platform that allows adult content creators to upload files and charge buyers to access them. By using Unlockt, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Unlockt, whether as a creator or buyer. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where age cannot be verified.

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree that:

• All individuals depicted in your content are 18 years of age or older and consented to being filmed or photographed.
• You own the rights to all content you upload, or have permission to sell it.
• Your content does not depict minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or any illegal activity.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Any content depicting persons under 18 years of age
• Non-consensual imagery (NCII / revenge porn)
• Content involving violence, coercion, or trafficking
• Illegal content of any kind

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed by Stripe. Unlockt charges a 10% platform fee on each transaction. Creators receive 90% of each sale, paid out within 5 business days subject to Stripe's payout schedule. By using the platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales of digital content are final. No refunds are issued once a file has been unlocked and delivered, except in cases of duplicate charges or technical failure where content was not delivered. To dispute a charge, contact us at support@unlockt.app within 7 days of purchase.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or refund. Creators found uploading prohibited content will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unlockt is not responsible for the content uploaded by creators. We provide a marketplace platform only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlockt's liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
