Refund Policy

Digital Content — No Refunds

All purchases on Unlockt are for digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been unlocked.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content and waive any right to a cooling-off period under consumer protection laws where applicable to digital content delivered immediately.

Exceptions

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same content due to a technical error.
  • Non-delivery: If payment was taken but content was never made available to you due to a technical failure on our side.
  • Fraudulent charge: If you did not authorise the payment.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge:

  • Include your purchase email, date, and the content name
  • We will respond within 3 business days

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first may result in your account being permanently banned from the platform. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly and quickly.
